Lawyers

The lawyers who'll handle your claim

There are three of us. The lawyer you meet first stays on your case to the end, and on the hard ones, all three of us work together.

  • Mireille Thibodeau, a woman with short blonde hair in a dark blazer, working at a laptop

    Mireille Thibodeau

    Founding partner, Portland

Mireille founded the firm, leads its car crash cases and still answers the Portland line herself on Mondays.

  • Tobiah Pelletier, a man in a white shirt, stamping a document at a wooden desk

    Tobiah Pelletier

    Partner, Bath

Tobiah handles the firm's truck cases, from the first records request to the trucking company's lawyers.

  • Beatrix Garrow, a woman with long brown hair in a beige blazer, drawing on a flip chart

    Beatrix Garrow

    Associate, Rockland

Beatrix runs the Rockland office and the firm's falls and premises cases up the midcoast.

Why we stay small

Some injury firms run on volume. We keep our caseload small on purpose, so each of us knows every client by name and every file by heart.

It also means we sometimes say no. If your case needs a kind of lawyer we aren't, we'll tell you so and help you find one.
